What services does Newyorkstudio offer?
Newyorkstudio Bangkok provides professional photography and video production for families, maternity, portraits, corporate profiles, events, architecture, factories, products, food and more.
We also offer fully equipped studio rental with six distinctive spaces, including furnished New York-style interiors, loft settings, real brick walls and a white cyclorama.
Where is Newyorkstudio located?
We are located on Rama III Road, near King’s College International School Bangkok. Our studio is designed to be family-friendly, with a dedicated play area and pantry where children can eat, relax and take a break during the session.
What makes Newyorkstudio’s photography experience special?
We provide a private and flexible photography experience, welcoming only one family at a time. Our team has extensive experience photographing different stages of life — from maternity and newborns to birthdays, graduations, weddings and extended family portraits — with a focus on natural expressions and genuine family connections.
Do you offer both studio and on-location photography?
Yes. Photography is available both at our studio and on location.
Our six studios offer different interior styles and backdrop options. For on-location projects, our team can work at homes, offices, schools, hotels, hospitals, factories and event venues.
Is parking available at the studio?
Yes. Complimentary parking is available in the building directly beneath the studio.
Is there an elevator?
Currently, there is no elevator. The studio is accessible by stairs only.
Family & Maternity Photography

Which Family Portrait Package is right for us?
Our packages are based on family size, session length and the variety of photographs you would like.
- Package S — 2 hours
Up to 5 guests.
- Package M — 3 hours
5–10 guests with more time and variety.
- Package L — 4 hours
5–10 guests who would like additional outfit changes and a wider variety of portraits.
For groups larger than 10 guests, please contact us and we will recommend the most suitable arrangement.
How many outfits and sets are included?
- Package S
2 outfits + 1 studio setting or backdrop - Package M
2 outfits + 2 studio settings or backdrops - Package L
3–4 outfits + 2 studio settings or backdrops
Our team can help you choose the combination that works best for your family and preferred style.
What is the starting price, and what is included in the package?
Our packages start at Package S (2 hours) at THB 18,000.
The package includes:
- 1 Studio Room or 1 Background Color
- Professional Photographer and Assistant
- Unlimited selected photographs from your session, professionally adjusted for lighting and color, delivered as high-resolution digital files
- Professional Color & Skin Retouching
Edited photos will be delivered within 3–5 days after the photoshoot.
How much is the deposit, and when is my booking confirmed?
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Your booking is considered confirmed once the deposit has been received.
Do we need to bring our own outfits?
Yes. Please bring your own outfits.
Families with young children may find it easier to arrive wearing the first outfit, allowing the children to settle in and begin the session comfortably. You can change into your remaining outfits at the studio.
What should we wear for a family photoshoot?
For two outfits, we usually recommend one formal look and one casual look.
Try to coordinate the family using one or two main colors rather than matching everyone exactly. Neutral and timeless tones such as white, grey, black and earth tones photograph particularly well.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking:
Weekdays: at least 1 week in advance
Weekends & public holidays: 2–4 weeks in advance
Earlier booking is recommended for larger families and popular dates. All bookings are subject to availability.
Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?
Rescheduling: A rescheduling fee of THB 5,000 applies. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days in advance.
We recommend confirming your preferred date before making a booking, as we reserve the shooting schedule specifically for you.
Cancellation: Once the deposit has been paid, the booking cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
How many photos will we receive?
You will receive all edited photographs from your session as high-resolution digital files via a private online drive.
How long does it take to receive the edited photos?
Edited photos will be delivered within 3–5 days after the photoshoot.
Do you provide RAW files?
We do not provide RAW files. However, you will receive the final edited images in high-resolution digital files.
Are prints and photobooks included?
Printed photographs, canvas artwork and photobooks are not included in the photography package, but can be ordered separately after you receive your images.
Do you provide Makeup & Hair services?
Please let us know if you require Makeup & Hair services at the time of booking, so we can arrange the team accordingly.
Can I bring my pet to the photoshoot?
Absolutely! We are a family- and pet-friendly studio. 🐾
Pets are welcome at THB 500 per pet.
Please let us know in advance so we can prepare the studio accordingly.
Is the studio suitable for elderly family members?
Our studio does not have an elevator and is accessible by stairs.
If you have elderly family members who may have difficulty walking up the stairs, please let us know at the time of booking. We can arrange the photoshoot on the 1st floor, depending on the size of your family group.
Alternatively, we can also arrange a photoshoot at your home for your convenience.
How early should we arrive on the day of the photoshoot?
The recommended arrival time depends on your preparation:
- Makeup & Hair and outfit already done: Arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time is sufficient.
- Changing outfits at the studio: Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Makeup & Hair at the studio: The preparation time depends on the number of people requiring services and may take approximately 1–2 hours.
We recommend allowing sufficient preparation time to ensure a relaxed and enjoyable photoshoot experience.
When is the best time for a maternity photoshoot?
We generally recommend 28–34 weeks of pregnancy.
At this stage, the baby bump is usually well defined while most mothers are still comfortable enough to move and pose during the session. Every pregnancy is different, so the timing can be adjusted to suit you.
What should I wear for a maternity photoshoot?
Choose clothing that highlights your baby bump while still allowing you to feel comfortable.
Popular options include:
One-piece
– Maxi dress
– Stretchy or form-fitting dress
Two-piece / Casual
– Sports bra, fitted top or button-down shirt
– Jeans, shorts or sweatpants
If you are unsure, our team can help recommend outfits based on the style you would like to create.
Studio Rental Information
Frequently Asked Questions
How much is the studio rental?
Studio rental rates vary depending on the room. Prices start from:
- 1 hour: THB 2,000
- Half day: THB 5,500
The above rates are for a production team of up to 10 people.
Additional charges apply for larger teams:
- 11–20 people: +THB 5,000
- 21–30 people: +THB 9,000
The rental fee includes the studio room with furniture, a pantry area for meals, and a makeup area. Additional tables and chairs can be requested in advance, subject to availability.
Lighting equipment and studio assistants are not included in the rental fee. If you require lighting equipment, please let us know the specific equipment you would like to rent or share your lighting reference with us. Our studio team will be happy to recommend suitable lighting equipment for your shoot.
Does the studio come with furniture and props?
Yes. Each studio includes furniture and styling elements as shown in its reference images. Available items vary between studios.
Can we move the furniture?
Yes. Smaller furniture can be rearranged as needed. Please ask our staff before moving larger or heavier pieces.
Can I use furniture from another studio?
Yes, subject to availability. Please let our on-site team know and we will assist with moving the available furniture or props.
Is there an overtime (OT) fee if the photoshoot runs over the scheduled time?
Yes. Overtime is charged based on the hourly rental rate of the studio room.
Is there a private hair and makeup room?
Yes.
For smaller teams, the hair and makeup area is located within your booked studio. For productions with more than 10 people, we can arrange an additional makeup area in an adjacent studio.
Your booked studio floor remains private to your production team. Separate male and female restrooms are available on every floor, together with a pantry for meals and refreshments.
Can we rent the studio with a lighting assistant?
Yes. An on-site lighting assistant can be added to your studio booking.
We recommend sending us a reference image or brief description of your preferred lighting style in advance so our team can prepare the appropriate equipment before your session.
